An all-female team, composed of Isabella Rosa Chiriatti, Lisa Bellotto and Selena Valentini, took part in the Richmond Energy Business Forum – Autumn Edition, held in Rimini from September 21 to 23, 2025.
As members of the Energy Team – a working group established in 2023 within the sustainability project The Visible Journey – Isabella and Lisa shared how the team, made up of employees from different company functions (management control – Lisa, HSE – Selena, sustainability – Isabella, facility – Danilo Baldovin), works to monitor consumption, improve energy efficiency, and reduce the carbon footprint. Their experience demonstrated how distinct yet complementary goals can generate successful projects.
It is an internal model that is both measurable and scalable, combining synergic work and concrete data. Through monitoring and consumption normalization, inefficiencies can be identified and targeted actions implemented. A tangible example of how collaboration, expertise, and a results-oriented mindset can make a real difference for our company.
