What is our social responsibility beyond compliance? At Visottica Group, space design has become a tangible way to generate a positive impact on the community, foster interpersonal relationships, and rethink how we live and work—starting from our headquarters in Dongguan, China.
This commitment marks another step forward in our #TheVisibleJourney, presented during the 9th Italian Design Day in the World by Valentina Giannella, ESG and Sustainability Manager at Visottica Group. Giannella was invited to the Sea World Culture and Arts Center in Shenzhen (China) to join the round table “Inequalities. Design for a better life”, where she spoke about how design can play a key role in creating shared value — beginning with the workplace.
“In Dongguan, we have transformed an entire floor of our production plant into a space fully dedicated to wellness and continuous learning”, said Giannella.
“Palestra, sala yoga, area boxe, tai-chi, square dance, sale studio e intrattenimento post scolastico per i figli degli operai che abitano i nostri dormitori, campi da gioco per tornei di basket e badminton, playground e corsi per i più piccoli ispirati alla cucina, all’arte e alla creatività”.
