Visottica Industrie S.p.A., with registered office at Via Vecchia Trevigiana, 11, 31058 Susegana (TV), Italy, in its capacity as data controller (hereinafter the “Controller”), provides this notice to the data subject pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and in accordance with European and Italian personal data protection legislation.
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy of the website www.visotticagroup.com to explain to users how the Controller will specifically process the data entered in the newsletter subscription form.
Purposes and legal basis of processing
If you subscribe to this service, the Controller will process the personal data collected to send you an email newsletter containing information about its products and services, news, promotions and invitations to trade fairs and events organised by the Controller or in which the Controller will participate. The legal basis is the necessity of processing for the pursuit of the above purpose.
Data retention period
The Controller will process the data until the service ends or until an unsubscribe request is received, whichever occurs first.
Provision of data and consequences of refusal
The provision of data is optional, but refusal to provide them makes it impossible to subscribe to this service.
Disclosure of data and categories of recipients
The Controller will not make the data publicly available. Data will be disclosed exclusively to internal personnel authorised to process them according to their respective duties, and to professionals, companies or other third parties carrying out outsourced activities on behalf of the Controller (e.g. the newsletter distribution platform provider and website management and maintenance service providers), who are therefore appointed as processors under a specific contract or other legal act.
