With this transaction, Visottica Comotec creates a production hub unique in the world in terms of capacity and technology. <\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<em>Susegana (Treviso), March 2021<\/em> \u2013 Visottica Comotec, a company based in the Veneto region and world leader in the production of eyewear components, has completed <strong>the acquisition of 50% of Eurodecori<\/strong>, a company of excellence based in Belluno and specialised in <strong>the production and processing of elements made in zamak<\/strong> (a zinc alloy). The agreement between the two companies includes an option for the purchase of 100% of the shares of Eurodecori. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition has a strategic value for our Group \u2013 says Rinaldo Montalban, President of Visottica Comotec \u2013 Eurodecori has an <strong>extremely specialized<\/strong> know-how and a wealth of <strong>precious skills<\/strong> that today become part of our assets and complete our market offer. We will create virtuous synergies between the different companies that are part of Visottica Comotec and we will be able to offer a more complete service to our customers\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThanks to a consolidated leadership in the eyewear sector and long-standing partnerships with some of the world\u2019s biggest brands \u2013 adds President Montalban \u2013 Visottica Comotec can now provide a complete range of products for this sector and think about further diversifying its offer, enhancing its strategy of expansion towards new areas like <strong>industry<\/strong>, <strong>fashion<\/strong>, <strong>costume jewellery<\/strong> and <strong>giftware<\/strong>. The market offers new opportunities, and we are ready to seize them, with the scope of confirming ourselves as a <strong>reliable<\/strong>, <strong>innovative<\/strong> and <strong>quality<\/strong> partner\u201d.  <\/p>\n<p>For Visottica Comotec \u2013 with headquarters in Susegana (Treviso) near the heart of the world\u2019s most important eyewear district \u2013 becoming part of Eurodecori is a step of that expansion that began in recent years through a policy of strategic acquisitions that has led to expand and integrate the Group\u2019s offer, creating <strong>a technology hub of the highest level<\/strong> and unique worldwide in terms of capacity and technology. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Eurodecori<\/strong><br \/>\nFounded in 1990 under the name of Antares, it became Eurodecori in 2002. The company is based in the industrial area of Quero Vas (Belluno) and has three production plants. Since its foundation it has specialised in the supply of elements made in <strong>zamak<\/strong>, an especially valuable and versatile zinc alloy. The company employs about 65 people and boasts leading companies in the world of fashion, leather goods, eyewear, mechanics, and giftware among its customers.
